We have received some glazing quotes and have met some contractors on site to discuss the details. We will need about $150,000+ for all glazing so at present we are looking for a sponsor for this work.
We have also started discussions about internal works, especially electrical and mechanical design, rendering and cladding. If anyone can help with rendering and cladding/gyprocking let us know.

Dragan Stegnjaic and his team of volunteers have been hard at work digging trenches for surface drainage lines and also building block work pits for access to the lines.
They have also started digging trenching for the sewerage system and we expect to have one of the sewerage tanks installed in the next few weeks. We will then have some more digging for the absorption trench for the sewer as well.

  • Progress Report September 2015

Dragan Stegnjaic has commenced running some main water lines into the college building and later we will need to continue the lines into all the bathrooms and the kitchen.
Earthworks for surface drainage is continuing with excavators hard at work, and pipes, and block work being laid. We are only working on Saturdays but a lot can be done with more hands.
If you can help please contact us.

  • Progress Report August 2015

We have priced our sewerage system and will be purchasing it in stages. Priority has been given to excavation and drainage works at present.
We have also finalised our list of bathroom fittings and are looking for sponsors for the fittings. Price will be about $20,000 for all bathrooms.
We continue with excavation works for surface drainage. Some of the pits will be very deep and there are many hours of work needed to complete this important job.
